With over a decade of experience as a programmer, Alexander has worked with various companies directly and through staffing agencies. This experience allowed him to see the pros and cons faced by both US companies hiring through staffing and the talents themselves.

He founded Yisrael Technology to provide the best benefits to companies needing talent while also supporting engineers. This approach has strengthened client trust and increased talent retention rates.
