Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PPC and Google Ads Specialist to join our team and work with one of our key clients in the real estate rental sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, optimizing paid search strategies, and driving measurable results. This person will play a critical role in enhancing visibility, improving cost-efficiency, and delivering high-quality leads through pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.
• Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy, design landing pages, and continuously test ad variations to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and daily spend to ensure optimal performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for ads, keywords, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators and developers, to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools.
• Proven experience in improving ROI through successful optimization of PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Strong communication skills to articulate PPC strategies and performance to clients and stakeholders.
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
