Job Description:
Yisrael Technology is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager for one of our clients in the United States. The AM will act as both a marketing specialist and project manager. They will serve as the primary project manager on a select list of client projects, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery and satisfaction of all client deliverables. The AM will also participate in marketing strategy and execution for the client.

Responsibilities

As the Account Manager, the bulk of your time will be spent managing client projects and deliverables. This includes everything from strategic project planning to resource management in order to deliver on all SOW requirements for a select list of clients. The additional 15% of your time will be talking to clients about new service offerings, solving forClient pain points, cross selling and upselling, and requesting testimonials + referrals.

  • Manage a select list of client projects (85%) and Sales tasks (15%)
  • Meet or exceed required billable Client Hours.
  • The successful delivery of all SOW’s, on time, on budget, and meeting performance goals.
  • Reporting on Client performance, satisfaction, and next steps at all times.
  • Maintaining scorecards for all client work.
  • Effectively managing technical team members and contractors to meet project deliverables and timelines.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients.
  • Keep informed about what’s happening in the industry and what changes are taking place in inbound and marketing automation technology
